- Description
In a series of six frames a gang member carrying a cudgel and wearing a gang patch is seen being picked up by a large hand which removes the patch thereby causing the gang member to deflate into an overgrown baby carrying a teddybear. Refers to the gang problem with maybe a reference to new legislation in Wanganui that has banned the wearing of patches.
