Dr Hal is excited because when he was looking into using e-prescriptions he discovered a new text prescription plan 'invented by doctors for doctors'. He admires Doctor Richard Worth for having come up with it. In the background Dr Dolly tries to tell Dr Hal that Richard Worth's prescriptions were different. Refers to the suggestive text messages (prescriptions) that Richard Worth was sending to a woman. Richard Worth who was Minister for Internal Affairs was sacked for misconduct by PM John Key.
