A shark representing 'Labour leadership challenges' swims nearby. Refers to a speech made by Mr Goff in which he said the current law (Seabed and Foreshore) was working well and the issue was being reopened "for politics, and not for principle". Refers to National's 'teasing' over the issue of Shane Jones being a potential contender for Labour leadership. Shane Jones objected to the flying of the tino rangatiratanga flag with the New Zealand flag on Waitangi Day while Goff had supported it.
