An ornamental canoe prow, in the shape of a head; a kava bowl. Also shows two Pacific Island artifacts, one a club or pick, one an oar
Dating: These drawings may have been made when Angas was Secretary and Accountant of the Australian Museum in Sydney, 1853-1860, from specimens in the Museum. However they could also have been part of Angas' own collection, since in early 1853 he gifted to the Museum 21 items of ethnographic interest from Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands
