Shows an aeroplane with a group of MPs sitting on its wings and hanging from its wheels. On the ground below stand Prime Minister, Helen Clark, and leader of the opposition, John Key who holds a 'Public Service Cap Plan'. Helen Clark says to him that at least the agree in their enjoyment of spending taxpayers money. The MPs are Marian Hobbs (Labour), John Carter (National), Nandor Tanczos (Greens), Katherine Rich (National), Dover Samuels (Labour), Margaret Wilson (Speaker), and hanging from the wheels are Peter Brown (NZ First) and Brian Connell (National). Most of them are set to leave parliament at the next election. Five of them are booked on a three week taxpayer funded trip to Europe next month which many are calling a 'junket'. Dover Samuels, Nandor Tanczos and John Carter will travel to South Africa for an Inter-Parliamentary Union conference and may tag a side-trip to Iran on to the end of their jaunt next month.
