President George Bush is riding a nuclear missile and waving his cowboy hat. He reckons that if Iran is so keen on nukes they can have one of America's. The reference is to the increasing heat over Iran's refusal to back down from its uranium enrichment programme and the USA's hints of a new battle front. The cartoon is reminiscent of the anti nuclear war film 'Dr Strangelove' in which Slim Pickens (Major T.J. 'King' Kong), is left sitting astride a missile headed for Russia.
