Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark as a town crier, ringing a bell and shouting 'oh yea! oh yea!. She is followed by Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, who is carrying a huge bag over his shoulder on which is printed the words 'Money for tax relief! Waiting lists! Defence! cataracts! et al.' Ahead of them walks a man in a sandwich board on which are the words 'Help is at hand. Election follows'. Refers to the coming election and the notion that the Labour government is sitting on a large surplus.
