- Description
"Jitterati" cartoon strip. Shows Fitz Bunny telling Tony that there is a congestion charge on his coffee. Fitz explains that he is drinking in a cafe during peak hour. However, Tony points out that they are the only ones in the cafe. Fitz says that in that case there's a congestion charge on account of Tony being full of it. Tony says that is fair enough and hands him a five dollar note. Tony then asks how does he know that his money is going to be spent locally. Fitz tells him that it is no problem and is carrying away a slice of cake on a plate.
