In the first half of a cartoon that appears torn in half a jolly politician waves a juicy bone at the media who are represented by a pack of slavering dogs. In the second half of the cartoon the man scratches his head in wonderment as the dogs charge off leaving the lower half of his body in shreds. Refers to media treatment of some politicians.
