A man representing 'Freddie Mac' hangs onto Uncle Sam's ankle and a woman representing 'Fannie Mae' clutches onto his hand. The woman is thankful that they can always rely on the government to break their fall. Refers to the bailing out by the US government of the two big Finance Houses, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The names refer to the Federal National Mortgage Association, nicknamed Fannie Mae, and the Federal Home Mortgage Corporation, nicknamed Freddie Mac.
