Description

Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, about to climb some steps leading to a building labelled 'China'. A man holds towards her a Free trade Agreement and a pen and says there is one small hurdle and the agreement is hers. Helen Clark wonders 'what hurdle?' as she hesitates before a man covered in a blanket labelled 'Human rights' who lies on the top step. Refers to the trade deal that is about to be signed with China but about which there is concern, particularly by the Greens over human rights and environmental breaches.
