Description

A man wearing a jacket with the name 'Waikato' printed on it sprints along the road, spraying drops of sweat. He is wearing a baseball cap with a very elongated peak from the edge of which hangs a sign saying 'Transit New Zealand roading'. The man has his arms stretched out in a vain effort to catch up with the roading message but of course he never will. There is currently a shortage of roadworks funding in New Zealand.
