Description

A gigantic wave towers over the Beehive. From inside a voice plaintively asks whether he can hear waves breaking on the foreshore. Outside the Beehive is a great crowd of demonstrators, one of whom carries a placard bearing the words, 'Foreshore 4 all'. Refers to the contraversy surrounding the foreshore and seabed issue. People are afraid that Maori ownership of all foreshore and seabed will prevent them from going to the beach.
