The scene shows United States President George Bush, with his head in his hands, in despair about the continuing chaotic situation in Iraq. Beside him sits Vice President, Dick Cheney, who advises the President to make one of the bold decisions for which he is famous and re-instate Saddam into the dictatorship of Iraq, with, this time, weapons of mass destruction. Saddam Hussein is currently on trial for attocities he committed against his own people and for reckless warmaking against regional neighbours.
