Caricature of ACT leader Rodney Hide wearing sunglasses and casual clothes (perhaps underpants) and standing in front of a big travel trunk which is festooned with flags, underclothes and a packet of Viagra. He whistles a tune and hails a taxi. In a second version the viagra has gone, as have the sunglasses and Rodney Hide is dressed in a suit. Refers to Minister of Local Government Rodney Hide's attack on the use of expenses and perks by politicians and his own use of taxpayers' money to fund his girlfriend's expenses on a recent international trip.
