Description

Shows a wild west-style group of men on horses who fire their guns, yell and scream and generally create mayhem as they ride along the street. On the saddle blankets of a couple of them are the words 'tougher sentences' and 'bigger prisons'. A sedate-looking couple walking along a boardwalk realise that this is not a lynchmob but a rational debate on law and order. Refers to the raising of the debate on law and order in the wake of several incidents that have resulted in some cases in death. Some people are advocating taking the law into their own hands or at least having tougher sentences and larger prisons.
