A 'GOOD EVANS' cartoon. In the first of two frames John Key, leader of the National Party and PM, Helen Clark, are seen as jockeys riding what appear to be two horses in a race. In the second frame it is seen that John Key is hanging onto the mane and Helen Clark onto the tail of just one horse that represents 'Labour policy'. Refers to the criticism that John Key is not presenting much new policy but is simply accepting policy made by Labour.
