A variation on DCDL-0013716, a bad-tempered kiwi tracks through the mud and sand on the foreshore looking for 'Foreshore Seabed information' (printed on his bucket). He finds nothing, swears and says 'Barren!'. Refers to the fact that although the government intends to repeal the Foreshore and Seabed Act, there has been very little information about what it will be replaced with.
