Number 1 is derived from Richard Ralph, fl 1770s :A chest of New Zealand as a specimen of the carving of that country. [London, Strahan, 1773]

Parkinson was the original artist for numbers: 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13

Webber was the original artist for numbers: 12

J J Merrett was the original artist for numbers: 21 (via G F Angas)

Benjamin Miller was the original artist for numbers: 15, 17, 23, 24
