David Benson Pope, Minister for Social Development and Employment, is having a nightmare in which he is facing a faceless figure who looks like a combination of Ku Klux Clan and the Inquisition. This figure tells him he must bend over and be punished. Benson-Pope is terrified that it is going to be the tennis ball.
