It is 2008 and Prime Minister, Helen Clark, drags a protesting Minister of Finance, Michael Cullen, to the Waitangi Day celebrations. Michael Cullen is dressed as a schoolboy, his shirt hanging out and his socks hanging down. Helen Clark tells him that it worked for John Key and that he should try to look poorer and more grateful. Refers to John Key's taking of an eleven year old schoolgirl from McGehan Close, Owairaka, as his guest to the 2007 Waitangi celebrations. John Key caused a political storm by describing McGehan Close as representative of a developing underclass.
