- Description
Shows a group of five Maori women or girls, and two infants, with two dogs, around a fire on the floor of a native hut. There is bedding and a kete suspended from a low rafter, an axe on the floor at the left, a gourd hanging on the wall at the left, and a cauldron and other vessels on the floor. The hut has a thatched roof.
