- Description
Shows former National Prime Minister, Jim Bolger, wearing a cap bearing the words 'Captain Railways'. On the table beside him is a top hat with the word 'Kiwibank' on it and nearby is an NZR return ticket. He wonders why he is here as the new Chair of New Zealand Railways, now called 'KiwiRail' when he sold it years ago in spite of loving it so much. Refers to the fact that Jim Bolger is now Chair of both Kiwibank and KiwiRail. The railways have been bought back by the Labour government after having been privatised by Jim Bolger's government.
