Description

As two people walk away from the pub late at night they pass a man whose face is hidden by the book 'The day of the jackal' that he is reading. The woman comments that 'David Garrett is out late tonight'. Refers to an admission by ACT MP David Garrett that he had stolen a dead baby's identity to obtain a false passport 26 years ago using an idea he got from Frederick Forsyth's 1971 novel 'Day of the jackal'.
