Shows a man who has walked into the lobby of Parliament Buildings brandishing some banknotes and offering to make an unsolicited donation to... He is unable to complete his sentence because everyone is running away as fast as they can. Refers to the problems surrounding unsolicited donations to political parties that is particularly embarrassing for Winston Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs because he refuses to divulge what he knows about the origin or whereabouts of donations given to New Zealand First.
