The scene is somewhere in the Northern Territory of Australia. Hone Harawira, Tai Tokerau Maori Party MP, has arrived to talk to Aborigines about their common problems with Maori and is being filmed by a cameraman. An Aborigine woman is Impressed with Hone Harawira and says that they need leaders like him. An Aborigine man is less impressed and replies that John Howard, Australian Prime Minister, already uses their plight to get attention. Refers to an incident when Hone Harawira left the Members of Parliament's justice and electoral committee, that was meeting with counterparts in Melbourne, to travel to the Northern Territory.
