The cartoon depicts God with the face of President George Bush and wearing an American flag across his lower torso reclining on a cloud. On a second cloud reclines Adam as the United Nations, wearing a small logo of the UN as a fig-leaf. The Bush figure reaches out his right arm and pokes the UN figure in the eye. The cartoon mimics the famous Michelangelo Sistine Chapel fresco of God reaching out to Adam. Refers to Bush's refusal to seriously deal with the United Nations.
