Shows Deputy leader of the National Party, Bill English, in a souped up racing car. Just entering the frame to the left is the figure of Death carrying a sickle. The title across the top of the frame reads 'BACK to the FUTURE 4'. Bill English shouts to John Key to 'Gun it!' as the pursuing figure is Roger Douglas who is wanting to take the ACT Party and the National Party back to the 1980s. Roger Douglas was renowned in the 1980s when he was Minister of Finance in the Lange Labour government for introducing a free enterprise economic philosophy that was dubbed 'Rogernomics'. He has re-entered poitics to stand as an ACT Party candidate.
