Shows an Australian swagman wearing a cork hat. However syringes are hanging from his hat instead of corks. He is also singing 'Waltzing Matilda', an Australian folk song by Banjo Paterson, incorrectly and saying 'Walt-syringe Matilda'. Refers to the drug problem in Australia.
