- Description
Shows National health spokesperson Tony Ryall lying naked and cross-eyed on his stomach on a hospital examination table. A doctor behind him holds an xray and tells Tony Ryall that they are doing not a 'bowel screen' but a 'bile screen'. Refers to the fact that Health Minister David Cunliffe said he was fast-tracking the programme but National Party health spokesman Tony Ryall said the Government should have had it up and running by now and is only fast-tracking to win votes. The 'bowel/bile' joke is a comment on Mr Ryall's cynical attack.
