Two men walk past a door that is labeled 'Product Development Manager'. One of them, a Cadbury's employee says to the other that the manager is known as the man who put the 'cad in Cadbury'.Refers to the loss of 145 jobs at Dunedin's Cadbury's chocolate factory. The management says that they will invest up to $51 million in Dunedin during the next two and a half years. Schweppes managing director for confectionary in Australia and New Zealand, Mark Callaghan, said the changes were needed now in order to be able to remain competitive. The Government contributed $2 million of the $20 million for a separate crumb research and development centre at the Dunedin plant. (ODT)
