Description

Shows the United States president George W Bush travelling in a rocket to Europe. There are two rockets that have been sent from United States to Europe, representing 'Detente busters' and 'Environment busters'. Refers to Bush attending the NATO summit in June 2001 where the two subjects of the United States missile defence plan and their rejection of the Kyoto Treaty on global warming, was high on the agenda. Detente is a French term used in reference to the reduction in the tension between the Soviet Union and the United States during the Cold War.
