Shows Maori Party MP, Hone Harawira, dressed as a clown and standing on the 'Planet Harawira'. He wears baggy 'incontinence trousers' and a checked shirt, has long boots and a flower in his hat. He says 'Look at that dickhead of a judge' and 'What a bloody joke!!!' as he attacks a judge for jailing two taggers. He has apologised to Judge Tony Adeane, saying even though he did not agree with his actions in jailing two taggers, the name calling was inappropriate.
