A couple of unemployed youths chat in a park as one counts the money he has stolen from a telephone marketer that he mugged. The other youth has asked him whether he has taken the'MP's advice and become a telephone marketer' but he replies that he mugged one instead. On the ground are newspapers with headings reading 'Dole shake-up. Get out and earn your own income' and '"Plenty of jobs, become a telephone marketer" - MP'. Context - The intention of Paula Bennett,Minister of Social Development, to get people off benefits and into work - the problem is that there is unusually high unemployment at this time.
