Description

Two Maori drain-layers stop for a moment to read a billboard in the street. It is about the problems with Te Wananga o Aotearoa, which is the largest tertiary education institution in New Zealand. Dr Rongo Wetere announced his resignation 15 December 2005 after accusations of financial mismanagement. One of the drainlayers comments to the other that Maori must be making progress as they are now playing themselves for suckers.
