"Old enough at last!" New Zealand Drinking Licence. 10 June, 2005

Shows a young man holding up his photo identification 'New Zealand Drinking Licence'. He is holding a can of beer in one hand and says "Old enough at last!". His licence says that "The holder of this card is entitled to: drinking heaps of booze, mix drinks with party pills!, stagger about and hurl abuse, mingle on street corners and shriek late at night, urinate in doorways, vomit in flowerbeds" and that "The bearer of this card must be at least 20 years of age!". Refers to the debate around the legal drinking age and a bill to roll back the drinking age of 20 in New Zealand.
