Shows a hospital with a row of three beds; the first two represent Iraq and Afghanistan and contain very sick patients. In the third bed which represents Yemen the patient sits up as large as life reading a newspaper that reports that the U.S. is moving to strengthen the Yemen army; beside the bed is 'Dr Sam' who is 'here to put some lead in yer pencil!!' Dr Sam is a version of America's Uncle Sam. Refers to US military intervention in Yemen intended to help fight Al-Qaeda militants but which could backfire and strengthen the jihadists believed behind the botched attack on a US airliner. Refers also to the interventions by the United States in Iraq and in Afghanistan which have been debatably beneficial.
