Two men sit at a table outside a cafe with newspapers and a coffee each. One of them comments that his newspaper suggests that criminals are becoming more brazen these days. In the street behind them a police car with 'Police' painted across it drives in one direction while a criminal car with the word 'Criminals' painted across it drives in the other.
