A reporter asks the minister if he is worried about the amount of money the country owes and the minister confidently reassures him that he is not at all worried but he sweats with relief that he wasn't asked whether he was concerned about being able to pay it back. Context - Could refer to Bill English as Finance Minister and New Zealand's high debt which has been increased by the Christchurch earthquakes.
