View of Prime Minister, Sir Keith Holyoake, officially opening the new Bowen State Building (No 1 Bowen Street), in Wellington. Sir Holyoake is pictured turning the key of a door. Behind him is the Ministry of Works, William Stanley Goosman. Photograph taken 7 November 1961, by an unidentified photographer for the Evening Post.
