Shows an office worker fast asleep with a cobweb stretching between his nose and his computer. The worker has a phone to his ear that is playing 'Puff, the Magic dragon' and relaying a message that says "Your call is important to us" while putting customers on hold. On the right-hand side of the image a customer is frustrated at his inability to get a response from the service he is trying to ring and is tying himself in knots.

The lyrics for "Puff, the Magic Dragon" were based on a 1959 poem by Leonard Lipton, a nineteen-year-old Cornell student. The song is believed by many to refer to smoking joints, due to references to paper, dragon ("draggin'"), puff (smoke), and traveling "along the cherry lane" (the burning ember of a cigarette or joint is called cherry, and moves up as the cigarette's length as it burns). Because of this, the song became a hippie anthem. The authors of the song have repeatedly and vehemently denied any intentional drug reference. Peter Yarrow himself insists that "Puff" is about the hardships of growing older, not drugs.
