Shows the Prime Minister Helen Clark and her deputy Dr Michael Cullen outside in the snow. Clark is putting snow chains on a car. Cullen asks if it is for them to get through Otira. Clark replies that it is for them to get over Turia. Refers to the departure of Tariana Turia from the Labour Party following the foreshore and seabed debate.
