Sheet 'a' is a surveying map of land for proposed roads and sections between the Cemetery Reserve, Bowen and Museum streets and Sydney Street West. Mowbray Street and the Terrace are marked. Reference is also made to the Cemeteries Act and the Wellington City Empowering Act. Subdivisions include C.T. numbers, acreages and boundary measurements.
