Description

Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, being stopped by a traffic officer from the 'Electoral Commission' and issued with a just a warning for which she is grateful. Three men having a drink in a pub sit along the bottom of the cartoon discussing the reason why Helen Clark brought in the Electoral Finance Bill. One of them says that it stops the Brethren from spending their money bombarding the public with propaganda and another comments that it allows Labour to do it using public money. Refers to controversy over the Electoral Finance Bill.
