The cartoon shows a whole series of '111's floating about in the atmosphere. Below is the word 'CALLmissthenics' a play on the words 'missed calls' and 'callisthenics'. Text above reads 'Only 83 out of 640 emergency calls got through during the XT network outage'. In a second version all the '111's have crosses through them. Refers to the information that showed that between 4pm and 11pm on February 22, (the last of the outages) only 83 of the 640 emergency 111 calls attempted south of Taupo were successful. However It was pointed out that many of those were likely to have been re-dials.
