The cartoon shows Minister for Social Development and Employment, Paula Bennett. She introduces herself to a huge bear that represents 'Wall Street' and is standing in pools of blood and skeleton parts and has a large bone in its mouth. She says that she is on 'a fellowship junket to observe U.S. corporate responsibility and its possible application to NZ...' Refers to the idea that social responsibility in the United States is much influenced by economics and specifically refers to Paula Bennett's acceptance of an Eisenhower Fellowship for the Women's Leadership Programme 2010 that was awarded to 20 women around the world identified as outstanding leaders. Paula Bennett has chosen to study successful US examples of the social corporate responsibility model.
