A Black Power gang member stands on the stage at the comedy club and asks if the audience has heard the joke about their Treaty claim. Someone in the audience asks what the punchline is and a neighbour warns him not to ask. Refers to a Treaty claim lodged by Black Power which Treaty Claims Minister, Michael Cullen, stated had no legal basis.
