In the small brick house representing Labour sits a smug-looking pig and in the large straw and stick house which represents National sits a pig who says that they had to borrow to pay for it but the infrastructure is twice as flash. Refers to the electioneering in the run up to the 2008 election. National appears to be making a lot of expensive promises.
