A Scot wearing a tam-o-shanter sits in the Loch Ness sales office talking to the President of Kazakhstan about the ferry he has just bought. The Scot tells him to enjoy the ferry and adds that the locals are making do. The locals can be seen being ferried across Loch Ness by the monster. Refers to the ferry 'The Spirit of Skye' being shipped by air to Kazarkhstan so that President Nursultan Nazarbayev can tour a copper mine in style.
