Duplicate prints of originals in the Cornford album or taken by him (presumably the originals are still held by the Museum). Views of: Marine Parade looking towards Bluff Hill with the court house on the left; Clive Square looking towards Napier Hill with the Theatre Royal on the far side; looking along Emerson Street with Neal & Close, drapers on the left and Palmers stables on the right; Browning Street looking towards Napier Hill with Hannah's shoe shop on the left (taken by W H Neal); ships moored at Port Ahuriri at Murray Roberts & Co, wool merchants; and two views looking north west from Bluff Hill towards The Spit one showing the Bluff Boarding House and the other T H Gifford. Also one original print of the beach possibly near Bluff Hill.
